David Serkoak is an Inuit drum dancer and a 2021 Spirit Song Festival guest artist. While in St John's, David will share his passion and knowledge of traditional Inuit drum dancing with local artists and the community at large. The Indigenous Dancer in Residence was formed in 2018 and is the result of a fruitful partnership between Neighbourhood Dance Works and First Light Friendship Centre.
